Join Jillian, Owner of The Lillie House at The Summit Soirée with some of the best blooms that fall has to offer including dahlias, celosias, cosmos and a variety of greens! Indulge in learning some of the basic foundations of floral design to help you execute a garden gathered centerpiece that is light and airy using the textures and shapes of nature. You'll also learn about the principals of color theory along with basic floral care to help keep your flowers fresh for longer! Each guest will go home with a table ready centerpiece in a cute glass vase and beautiful flower bouquet that they designed themselves.  Hot tea and mocktails (BYOB to spruce it up) will be served while guests enjoy their time learning about these beautiful locally grown flowers courtesy of The Lillie House.  Jillian planted these beautiful flowers at her farm in Mendham in Spring of 2021 and is a flower expert.  Her love and passsion of flowers is clear in everything she does.
