Join us in a delightful workshop where you will learn the art of creating intricate buttercream flowers to adorn your cupcakes.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced baker, this hands-on session is perfect for anyone looking to enhance their decorating skills. With over 20 years as a Pastry Chef, Ashley Apodaca will guide you through the process of making beautiful, lifelike floral designs using buttercream icing.
During the workshop, you will:
• Discover essential techniques for mixing and coloring buttercream
• Learn how to use different piping tips to create petals, leaves, and other floral elements
• Practice constructing various types of flowers, such as roses, peonies, and daisies
• Receive personalized feedback to help you perfect your creations
All necessary materials and tools will be provided, and you'll have the opportunity to take home your decorated cupcakes to share with family and friends. By the end of the session, you'll have the confidence and skills to add a touch of elegance to any baked treat.
Students will take home piping tool kit (set of 12 pastry tips, 2 reusable piping bags, 2 couplers, and 3 cake scrapers). Our Master Pastry Chef will demonstrate how to use all items and students bring home 12 individual cupcakes.
